This "New Qatar Pavilion" has 800 seats, making it the largest conference room with the highest technical specifications of the United Nations Office in Geneva.
  The core of this project is the 330 TAIDEN multimedia conference terminals customized by Shenzhen Taipower for the United Nations. The delegate seats are equipped with 12-inch displays. Through four video selection buttons, participants can independently switch and select the display content on the screen. Camera signal, or presentation content displayed on the large screen, etc.; there is also an information button to call up the list of speeches and requests to speak, and the participants will know who is speaking and who is the next speaker. The application of this sign language translation booth is the first in the world: a sign language interpreter uses a TAIDEN infrared receiver to listen to a conference, and stands in front of a height-adjustable 43-inch Sony display, facing a 4k camera for sign language translation. Then the video signal will be displayed on the large screen of the venue in the form of picture-in-picture, or sent to the individual representative seats in full-screen form.
