TAIDEN Fully Digital Interpretation System Served in the 11th WCEC

The 11th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention was held from October 6th to 7th in the International Convention Center in Singapore. Mr. Huang Mengfu, vice-chairmen of the CPPCC National Committee & chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with Mr. Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore, attended and addressed the opening ceremony. More than 4000 Chinese Entrepreneurs from 32 countries and regions from all over the world joined the convention. TAIDEN Fully Digital Interpretation System - provided by Shenzhen Taiden Industrial Co., Ltd. - served in this event. In total 3000 pcs of HCS-5100R digital IR receivers were spread over three venues. During the two-days meeting, the advanced features and the excellent quality of the TAIDEN products as well as the effective service from the TAIDEN team received high praise from the attendees.
The inaugural 3-day Convention was held on August 10-12, 1991 in Singapore. The immediate success of this first-ever gathering led to a unanimous decision to hold the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention once in every two years. The event currently serves as forum for overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to enhance economic co-operation and promote better understanding among overseas Chinese entrepreneurs and business communities worldwide. In 2011, the 11th WCEC was once again hosted by the SCCCI in Singapore. Under the broad theme of New Global Environment ● New Chinese Enterprise ● New Impetus, the program will include concurrent panel discussions and an exhibition which will showcase Technology, Wealth Management, Education and Urban Solutions. Before the meeting, the SCCCI made evaluation testing on conference systems and finally decided for TAIDEN to serve in the 11th WCEC. TAIDEN offers the most advanced simultaneous interpretation system and moreover TAIDEN has already served in various international events with perfect performance such as the UNEP 2011 in Bali, the Boao Forum For Asia Annual meetings, the IMF - World Bank Annual Meetings, etc. During the meeting, qualified engineers from the TAIDEN Headquarters provided on-site technical support, together with the TAIDEN local distributor. |

The three large venues for the 11th WCEC were all equipped with TAIDEN simultaneous interpretation systems. Besides the opening ceremony, there were five forums – Forums for Successful Entrepreneurs, Social Culture, Global Economy, Innovative Entrepreneurs, and Youth Entrepreneurs, totaling 3000 seats with HCS-5100R digital IR receivers, 22 pcs of digital IR power radiators, 3 mobile interpretation rooms with 6 fully digital Interpreter units.

On October 7th, the Gala Dinner was held in the famous Resorts World Sentosa Hotel in Singapore. The Singapore Former Minister Mentor Mr. Lee Kuan Yew attended the Gala Dinner as Guest of Honor and was widely applauded by the 4000 attendees from all over the world. In his sparkling discourse he raised his opinions on the Chinese social problems, the Taiwan Election, the Cross Strait Relations, as well as topics on Europe and America. During the Gala Dinner 3000 seatings were equipped with HCS-5100R digital IR receivers and 17 pcs digital IR power radiators, one mobile interpreter booth with 2 fully digital interpreter consoles were in operation.

On the same day, the organizer of the WCEC announced that the 12th WCEC will be hosted by China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association in Chengdu Sichuan in China.

ISE 2023
TAIDEN showcased the most comprehensive and robust product lineup and solutions for conferences at Integrated System Europe 2023, often referred to as ISE, the world’s largest AV systems integration show held in Barcelona, Spain from January 31 to February 3.
ISE 2022
For the first time since Amsterdam 2020, ISE has opened its doors to a full-scale in-person event, making its debut in Barcelona on 10th May. TAIDEN has exhibited at ISE for 17 years since its debut in 2006. This year, TAIDEN makes an eye-catching stand by unveiling its New Premium Digital Congress System and Professional Conference Sound Reinforcement System in Europe. Its classic solutions including Paperless Multimedia Congress System, Digital IR Wireless Conference System and Digital IR Language Distribution System also made their presence.
ISE 2020
The Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2020 opens on 11-14th February, in RAI, Amsterdam. It has been an unusual beginning of the year due to the coronavirus outbreak in China and its impact on the schedules of numerous show visitors and exhibitors coming from China and other parts of the world. Furthermore, Storm Ciara battered the northern Europe with hurricane-force winds and heavy rains, halting flights and trains and producing heaving seas that closed down ports. Concerns about the ISE being bustling as usual compounded before people gathered in Amsterdam for the last year to attend the show. However, the Show has proven itself an unshakable cornerstone for the AV industry since the first day, powered by a large group of professionals with non-stopping enthusiasm in the industry.
